Cozy Pet Privacy Policy

Scope

Applies to the Android and Wear OS editions of Cozy Pet 2.0, effective when version 2.0 is publicly released. Legacy Cyber Pet saves are not imported into the new pet.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your pet, outfit, needs, affection, care and game history, and helper ownership and settings to provide and restore game progress. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or developer servers. The app does not collect steps or health data.

Phone and watch connection

Paired installations exchange pet state, care history and helper ownership/settings using the Wearable Data Layer in Google Play services. The developer does not receive this transfer. Google processes its services under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Google Play handles payments. The app receives product IDs, purchase state and purchase tokens to grant, acknowledge and restore purchases. It does not receive payment card details. Purchase tokens are not written to the app progress journal or synchronized between devices.

Retention and deletion

Progress stays on each device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Clear data or uninstall on every paired device to remove all copies. No developer cloud backup is provided. Google retains purchase records under its own policies; deleting app data does not cancel a purchase.
