안내: 천년 항로에는 회원가입·로그인(계정)이 없습니다. 서버에 저장되는 정보는 플레이어가 직접 참여한 세계 순위 기록(무작위 설치 ID, 닉네임, 세계 크기별 최고 기록)과 순위표에서 다른 플레이어를 신고했을 때 남는 신고 기록, 그리고 선택형 인앱 상품을 산 경우의 결제 기록과 💎 보석 지갑입니다. 순위 기록은 앱 안에서 바로 삭제할 수 있고, 구매 관련 정보는 아래 4번 안내를 따릅니다.

1. 앱 안에서 삭제 (권장 · 즉시)

게임 화면에서 🏆 버튼을 눌러 "🏆 세계 순위" 창을 엽니다.
"참여 그만두기" 버튼을 누릅니다.

서버의 순위 기록이 바로 삭제되고, 그 뒤로는 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 인터넷 연결이나 서버 문제로 바로 지우지 못하면 그 즉시 전송을 멈추고, 다음에 게임을 켜거나 순위표를 열 때 연결되어 있으면 자동으로 다시 삭제를 시도합니다. 창의 "다시 시도" 버튼으로 직접 다시 시도할 수도 있으며, 삭제가 끝나면 창에 알려 줍니다.

삭제되는 데이터

닉네임
세계 크기별 최고 기록 (차지한 도시 수, 시대, 플레이 시간, 정복 여부, 점수, 기록 시각)
이 기기가 낸 신고 기록 (신고 대상, 사유, 신고 시각)
요청 횟수 제한 기록 (설치 ID와 요청 시각) — 원래 10분마다 자동으로 지워집니다

참여를 그만두지 않아도, 마지막으로 기록을 보낸 뒤 2년 동안 활동이 없는 순위 기록은 자동으로 삭제되고, 신고 기록은 180일 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

2. 기기에 저장된 데이터 삭제

저장된 게임, 언어·소리 설정, 순위 설정(설치 ID·닉네임)은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 아래 방법으로 모두 지울 수 있습니다.

Android: 앱 아이콘 길게 누르기 → "앱 정보" → "저장공간" → "데이터 삭제", 또는 "제거"
iOS: 앱 아이콘 길게 누르기 → "앱 제거" → "앱 삭제"

주의: 순위에 참여한 상태에서 앱만 지우면 서버의 순위 기록은 남습니다. 먼저 1번 방법으로 "참여 그만두기"를 누르거나, 앱을 이미 지웠다면 3번 방법으로 요청해 주세요.

3. 이메일로 삭제 요청

앱을 이미 지웠거나 앱에서 삭제할 수 없는 경우, 아래 정보를 적어 메일을 보내 주세요.

설치 ID 앞 8자리 — "🏆 세계 순위" 창에 "ID: abcd1234"처럼 표시됩니다 (있으면 기록을 정확히 찾을 수 있습니다)

4. 인앱 구매 기록과 💎 보석 지갑

인앱 상품을 사면 결제 기록(주문 번호·설치 ID·상품·지급한 보석 수·가격과 통화·스토어·시각)과 산 💎 보석 지갑(잔액·사용 내역)이 서버에 저장되고, 결제 확인을 위해 결제 정보가 RevenueCat, Inc.(미국)에도 전송됩니다. "참여 그만두기"는 순위 기록만 지우며 구매 기록과 보석 지갑은 지우지 않습니다.

삭제 요청: mkideabox.feedback@gmail.com 로 스토어 영수증의 주문 번호(또는 설치 ID 앞 8자리)를 적어 보내 주세요. 보석 지갑(남은 보석)과 사용 내역을 삭제하고 회신드립니다. 삭제한 보석은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
보관: 결제 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년간 다른 정보와 분리해 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. RevenueCat이 보관하는 구매 정보도 같은 기간이 지나면 삭제를 요청합니다.

5. 광고 식별자

천년 항로는 부재 중 수입 창의 선택형 보상 광고에 Google AdMob을 사용하며, 이를 위해 Google이 광고 ID(Android 광고 ID, 허용한 경우 iOS IDFA) 같은 기기 정보를 처리합니다. 개발자는 광고 ID를 받거나 저장하지 않으므로 개발자 서버에서 삭제할 광고 데이터는 없습니다. 광고 ID는 기기 설정(Android: 설정 › Google › 광고 또는 개인정보 보호 › 광고에서 삭제·재설정, iOS: 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적)에서 지우거나 바꿀 수 있고, Google이 처리한 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy)에 따라 Google에 요청할 수 있습니다. 분석·오류 보고 SDK는 넣지 않았습니다.

Note: Thousand-Year Voyage has no sign-up, login or account. The only data stored on a server is your World Rankings record (random install ID, nickname, best record per world size), stored only if you chose to join, the report records created when you report another player in the rankings, and, if you bought an optional in-app item, your purchase records and 💎 gem wallet. Ranking records can be deleted instantly inside the app; for purchase information see section 4 below.

1. Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)

On the game screen, tap the 🏆 button to open the "🏆 World Rankings" window.
Tap "Leave Rankings".

Your ranking record is deleted from the server immediately and nothing is sent afterwards. If the deletion cannot be completed right away because of a connection or server problem, the game stops sending immediately and automatically retries the deletion the next time you start the game or open the rankings while online. You can also retry yourself with the "Retry" button in the window, which tells you when the deletion is done.

Data that is deleted

Nickname
Best record per world size (cities held, era, play time, conquest flag, score, time recorded)
Reports sent from this device (reported row, reason, time of report)
Rate-limit records (install ID and request time) — these are normally removed automatically every 10 minutes

Even if you do not leave the rankings, ranking records with no activity for 2 years since the last submission are deleted automatically, and report records are deleted automatically after 180 days.

2. Delete data stored on your device

Your saved game, language and sound settings, and ranking settings (install ID, nickname) are stored only on your device. You can remove all of it:

Android: long-press the app icon → "App info" → "Storage" → "Clear data", or "Uninstall"
iOS: long-press the app icon → "Remove App" → "Delete App"

Important: If you joined the rankings and only uninstall the app, your ranking record stays on the server. Tap "Leave Rankings" first (method 1), or, if the app is already gone, use method 3.

3. Request deletion by email

If you have already deleted the app or cannot delete your record in the app, email us with:

The first 8 characters of your install ID — shown in the "🏆 World Rankings" window as, for example, "ID: abcd1234" (this lets us find your record exactly)
The nickname you used
World size (114, 250, 500 or 1000 cities) and your approximate progress
Approximate dates you played

We will find your record by the first 8 characters of your install ID (or by nickname and progress if you do not have it), confirm it, delete it and reply within 7 business days.

4. In-app purchase records and the 💎 gem wallet

If you buy an in-app item, a payment record (order number, install ID, product, gems granted, price and currency, store, time) and your purchased 💎 gem wallet (balance and spend history) are stored on our server, and the purchase details are also sent to RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to verify the purchase. "Leave Rankings" only deletes ranking records; it does not delete purchase records or the gem wallet.

Deletion requests: email mkideabox.feedback@gmail.com with the order number from your store receipt (or the first 8 characters of your install ID). We will delete your gem wallet (remaining gems) and spend history and reply. Deleted gems cannot be restored.
Retention: payment records are kept separately from other data for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, then deleted. We also ask RevenueCat to delete the purchase information it holds after the same period.

5. Advertising IDs

Thousand-Year Voyage uses Google AdMob for the optional rewarded ad in the offline-earnings window, and Google processes device information such as the advertising ID (Android advertising ID, or the iOS IDFA if you allow tracking) for it. The developer does not receive or store advertising IDs, so there is no advertising data to delete from our server. You can delete or reset the advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads, or Privacy › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking), and you can make requests about data Google processed under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The game contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
