My App Manager by MK Idea Box helps you review metrics, revenue and backend status for apps you connect. Basic viewing features are free and may display ads. You must have permission to access the accounts and projects you connect.
2. Pro subscription
An active subscription includes removal of all ads, encrypted local settings backup and restoration, and periodic backend monitoring with issue alerts. Monthly and annual plans are offered, and the actual amount, currency and period are those shown in the app and store purchase confirmation. Apple App Store or Google Play handles billing, while RevenueCat processes an anonymous App User ID, purchase receipts, transactions and subscription status to provide product retrieval, purchase validation, restoration and benefit access.
Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews each selected period and is billed to your Apple or Google store account. Cancel renewal in your store's subscription settings before the current period ends. For Apple subscriptions, cancelling at least 24 hours before expiration is recommended to avoid renewal charges. Benefits may not start while payment approval is pending.
3. Management, cancellation, restoration and refunds
- Cancel renewal through Apple subscription management or Google Play subscription management. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
- Benefits normally remain available until the paid period ends after cancellation. Confirmed refunds, revoked payments or expiration may end access. Your connected accounts and ledgers are not automatically deleted because a subscription ends.
- Sign in with the same store account and use Restore purchases in the app. Subscription transfer between different stores is not guaranteed.
- Refunds follow the applicable Apple or Google Play process and applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
4. Rewarded ads
During free use, Google AdMob may display personalized, non-personalized or limited ads depending on legally required consent, region, advertising settings and device choices. On iOS, the app requests ATT permission before accessing the IDFA for ad targeting or measurement across other companies' apps and websites. Declining does not block basic features, and non-personalized or limited ads may still appear.
Completing the viewing conditions shown for a rewarded ad removes all ads for two hours from completion. Review the actual offer before viewing. The reward is not cash or a subscription and does not unlock subscriber features such as backups or automatic backend monitoring. No additional ads are shown during the reward period regardless of revenue. An unavailable ad or unconfirmed completion may not earn a reward.
5. Connections, metrics, alerts and backups
You must connect only services you are authorized to access. Google connection requests the OAuth permissions needed for selected features, and some sensitive or restricted scopes may require Google verification. The app directly accesses the Google Play, Cloud Storage, AdMob, App Store Connect, RevenueCat, Supabase, Firebase or custom backend APIs you connect from your device.
Revenue, exchange rates and usage depend on provider reporting periods, delays and corrections. Currency conversions and estimated sales are indicative; consult provider records for final settlement. Retrieved raw revenue and the daily ledger by date, original currency and provider are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to or stored online or on an MK Idea Box server.
Backend checks are sent directly from your device to the addresses and APIs you register. Results and alert history remain on the device, and issues are shown through local device notifications. Monitoring depends on permissions, connectivity and OS scheduling, so immediate detection or delivery is not guaranteed. No MK Idea Box server provides continuous monitoring or automatically resolves incidents.
You create an encrypted settings-backup file and choose its password and where to save or transfer it. A cloud location you select remains subject to that provider's policy; the app does not automatically send the file to us. We cannot recover a forgotten backup password. Charges and free-tier limits of connected services remain governed by those providers.
6. Changes and contact
External API changes, maintenance and device limitations may change or temporarily interrupt features. Material subscription changes are communicated through app or store notices. Data handling is described in the privacy policy. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app license. Contact: mkideabox@gmail.com.
