Focus Muse lets you use free features without signing in. If you turn on Cloud Backup or buy paid credits, you may connect a Google or Apple account so credits and progress can be restored later.
To request deletion of your Focus Muse account data, email mkideabox@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Focus Muse Cloud Backup account. Use the subject line Focus Muse account deletion request.
You can also find this instruction in the app at Settings > Account deletion.
When deletion is processed, we delete or anonymize app account data tied to your Focus Muse account, including account identifiers, Cloud Backup state, focus session metadata, character progress, credit wallet records, purchase ledger records stored in our backend, and support requests where legally possible.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, refund, fraud prevention, or app store compliance purposes. Payment card details are not stored by Focus Muse; payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. If additional verification is needed, we will reply by email.
